Community HealthCorps VISTA On Site Orientation and Training (OSOT) Planning Tool - An instrument for supervisors to use in develping comprehesive OSOT for  VISTA members. The tool provides a timeline and an outline of topics consistent with project goals and topics that provides the member with the immediate information and skills needed to begin the term of service and successfully complete the project goals, yet flexible enough to satisfy personal and adjustment needs.
