Jason Patnosh - Associate Vice President and National Director: oversees all management of the Community HealthCorps (development, implementation and evaluation); and serves as the liaison for private corporate and foundation supporters of the Community HealthCorps and for the Corporations for National and Community Service; works with other NACHC departments on health center workforce development efforts; and he leads national/state expansion efforts for AmeriCorps at community health centers.

Program Management and Compliance

Gerrard Jolly - Deputy Director: supports the Associate Vice President on the development and execution of the Community HealthCorps; manages the day-to-day operations of the program; develops and executes monitoring plans, policies and processes (e.g. site visits, desk-based monitoring, web-based reporting systems); coordinates agendas for HealthCorps staff meetings; and coordinates communication with relative CNCS and state commissions with HealthCorps programs.

Gina Smallwood - Manager, Grants Administration: manages contract and financial management and program support for the Community HealthCorps program; coordinates budget development and management for the program and subgrantee sites; steers grants administration staff to ensure compliance with all funder requests.

Megan Headley - Senior Program Officer, Grants Administration: provides coordination, support and monitors a portfolio of program sites; serves as connection between the Training and Technical Assistance team and Grants Administration to develop and implement program policy-related resources, training materials and program start-up.

Vanessa Respicio - Program Officer, Grants Administration: provides coordination, support and monitors a portfolio of program sites; as part of the Grants Administration team, she assists with all facets of contract and financial management and program support for the Community HealthCorps program.

Program Development and Evaluation

Savolia Spottswood - Director of Program Development and Evaluation: provides leadership for the Community HealthCorps’ program development and expansion initiatives, including revision and implementation of the 5-year business plan; leadership for VISTA programs in New York State and California; and development of and support for strategic partnerships. Provides overall leadership for performance measurement and program evaluation efforts.

Training and Technical Assistance

Pamela Ferguson - Director of Program Training and Technical Assistance: provides leadership, development, and implementation of training and technical assistance for Community HealthCorps’ sub-recipient program sites in the areas of program start-up, program reporting, program marketing and promotion; and other training/technical assistance. She also provides coordination, support and monitors a portfolio of program sites.

April Holloway - Program Officer, Program Training and Technical Assistance: provides support and monitors a portfolio of program sites. Randy George - Manager, Member Development and Support: provides leadership and program development in the areas of AmeriCorps member support, development, resources, and training. Provides support and monitors a portfolio of program sites.

New York AmeriCorps*VISTA 

Sherina Davis - VISTA Project Coordinator: provides day-to-day coordination and reporting of the Community HealthCorps*VISTA projects in New York State; and monitors program sites to ensure that performance measurement and other requirements are met on a timely basis.
