Pamela Ferguson - Director of Program Site Leadership: provides leadership, development, and implementation of training and technical assistance for Community HealthCorps’ programs. Prior to joining NACHC, Pamela was HealthCorps Program Coordinator at the Regional Medical Center (RMCL) in Lubec, ME. Pamela began her career with Community HealthCorps serving as a HealthCorps member for two years. Outside of work Pamela likes to play golf and tennis, and exploring Washington, DC.

Randy George - Director, Member Engagement: provides leadership and support in the areas of member recruitment and retention, member training and professional development as well as coordinating alumni activities. Prior to NACHC, Randy worked with several national AmeriCorps programs and served as an AmeriCorps member from 1994-96. Outside of work, Randy is a big tennis fan and likes to travel the globe in search of new adventures and exciting tennis matches.

Megan Headley, MPA - Senior Program Officer/New York VISTA Manager: develops and implements program guidance related to program monitoring and compliance, and provides technical assistance to a portfolio of program sites. Prior to NACHC, Megan provided program technical assistance to an expanding national maternal/child health program at the NYC Dept of Health & Mental Hygiene. Outside of work Megan enjoys traveling, SCUBA diving, and all things aviation.

April Holloway - Program Officer: provides support in the development and implementation of trainings and technical assistance for HealthCorps’ sub-recipient program sites. April also provides daily monitoring support for a portfolio of program sites. Prior to NACHC, April served as a Human Resources Specialist for the District of Columbia Public School system. Outside of work April likes to nurture her creative side by designing and handcrafting gemstone jewelry.

Gerrard Jolly - Deputy Director: oversees day-to-day operations and provides direction for policy development & implementation for the Community HealthCorps. Prior to NACHC, he served as a program director for the National Park Foundation and as a national park ranger. Outside of work, Gerrard likes to lead hikes in the park, bike with family and friends, laugh to karaoke and dance while listening to Michael Jackson & MC Hammer.

Matthew Newman - Program Officer: focuses on development and execution of monitoring plans and policies for a portfolio of Community HealthCorps program sites, and serves as lead liaison for Community HealthCorps’ partnership with the Peace Corps.  Prior to joining NACHC, Matthew served in the Peace Corps as a Community and Economic Development Specialist for international development projects in El Salvador.  Matthew is fluent in Spanish and outside of work, he is a musician, historian, film enthusiast, and artist.

Jason Patnosh - Associate Vice President and National Director: oversees all management of the Community HealthCorps (development, implementation and evaluation); serves as the liaison for private corporate and foundation supporters and for the Corporations for National and Community Service; and works with other NACHC departments on health center workforce development efforts. Jason joined the program as an intern in 1999 when it was just two staff. Outside of work Jason likes to cook, travel, and attend concerts of all genres (but especially Bruce Springsteen). Jason also serves on the board of MarbleRoad.

Rachelle Richards - Program Officer/New York VISTA Coordinator: provides coordination, support and monitors a portfolio of program sites and assists with day-to-day support of the NY VISTA program.  Prior to NACHC, Rachelle worked as a consultant for Montefiore Children’s Hospital’s nutrition program after successfully completing a year of service with Community HealthCorps. Outside of work Rachelle likes to keep up on current events and composes spoken word pieces.

Lesley Rohrbaugh - Data and Communications Officer: assists with data collection/reporting; management of the online reporting system (OnCorps); implements data into communication resources; and updates website/social networking materials. Prior to NACHC, she was a marketing analyst who focused on data analysis and market development. Outside of work Lesley volunteers through several local and national organizations including Susan G. Komen, To Write Love on Her Arms, and the American Cancer Society.

Anastasia Romanova - Program Assistant: provides support to the Community HealthCorps and ensures organization amongst program and grant files in conjunction with Community HealthCorps staff.  Prior to joining NACHC, she worked as a paralegal in Richmond, Virginia.  Anastasia fell in love with AmeriCorps while serving as a team leader with City Year Greater Philadelphia from 2009-2010. Anastasia is originally from Russia, and outside of work she enjoys traveling, being outdoors, and cooking exotic recipes.

Gina Smallwood - Manager, Grants Administration: ensures Community HealthCorps stays in financial compliance with its funders and grantors and continues as an on-going program. Prior to joining NACHC Gina was an independent accountant for 20 years for several non-profit organizations in the Washington, DC area. Outside of work Gina enjoys being a community activist on various social issues and works on her art, including stained glass, creative writing, architectural design, and photography.
