NACHC is implementing a new report for tracking Community HealthCorps members’ time. Instead of submitting the Quarterly Member Timesheet document, with each members’ time, Program Coordinators should enter cumulative time in this document and submit this report quarterly.
As always, all programs are required to have complete, and accurate member timesheets indicating all hours served in the member file. During member file reviews, POCs will ensure compliance by using this new Member Timesheet Summary Report to compare hard copies of member timesheets. If quarterly totals do not match, program sites will be responsible for determining where the discrepancy exists between the hard copy timesheets and the electronic report.
Please begin by reading the “Instructions for Use” tab in the Member Timesheet Summary Report for more information on how to complete this report. We anticipate that this tool will simplify the member time reporting process. The tool has been piloted with a few program coordinators, but we encourage you to provide feedback to your POC.
Note that this new quarterly timesheet is not to be used by California State Commission funded programs. Such programs should continue to submit member timesheet reports as you have been previously instructed.
If you are a National Direct or Texas State Commissionfunded program, please submit your member time using this new document at the upcoming 1st quarter PER due date of January 20. If you are a New York State Commission funded program, you will use this report for the 2nd quarter and submit it with your 2nd quarter PER.
Program sites are still welcome to use the old Quarterly Member Timesheet Excel document to track member time on a day to day basis, however that document should no longer be submitted to NACHC.
Again, the new quarterly timesheet indicated above is not to be used by California State Commission funded programs. Such programs should continue to submit member timesheet reports as you have been previously instructed.
*ONLY REQUIRED FOR CALIFORNIA (Optional for other Sites) - as of 12/17/09
