The Community HealthCorps Hotline is designed to allow callers to share great stories, and report important other information to NACHC anonymously and confidentially. Calls are answered by voicemail, and checked each business day. Callers who choose to leave contact information will receive a response within one business day.

VISTA Member Reporting Workbook (revised)- A progress reporting tool for HealthCorps*VISTAs to more easily and accurately track and report service activity. The tool replaces two monthly report files, the "VISTA Monthly Report" and the "Monthly Reporting VAD". This time-saving resource has been updated since pilot implementation April, 2009. We continue to welcome feedback about its usefulness.
VISTA Member Contract - This contract must be completed and signed on the members first day of service.
360 VISTA Performance Review - 90 day, 6 months, and exit review of member, site supervisor, and program.
