President Barack Obama and White House senior staff recently met with several AmeriCorps members and listened as they told their stories of service.

Community HealthCorps Navigator Stefie D'Esposito (currently serving through the DC Primary Care Association) was one of only 12 service members chosen to attend the event!

Community HealthCorps Honors Recipients with Inaugural Impact Awards

Community HealthCorps is pleased to announce its inaugural recipients of Community Impact Award honorees. 
 
The Community Impact Award was launched in the 2012-2013 program year as a way for Community HealthCorps to nationally recognize individuals, groups and organizations for their contributions of time, money or expertise in a way that has provided tremendous benefit to the local program and community. The Community Impact Award honorees, who have demonstrated exemplary dedication to the Community HealthCorps program, are the first recipients of this accolade.
